Here at BathModernFit we pride ourselves on outstanding customer service. We want you to feel safe when you have ordered from us; hence, you can return a product to us no matter where in the world you live provided that it is within 30 days of the order date. The only stipulation is that the product must have all labels attached and be returned in the manufacturers original packaging. Following these instructions means that we can exchange your goods or give you a full refund for the item(s) purchased. Failure to comply with this policy will result in 10% being deducted from any refund that is processed following a return.
If you request an exchange then you will have to pay for the return postage. The only exception to this is if there was a mistake with the order on our part when first sent.

Certain clearance, disposable and specially bundled sets marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. All standard home and bathroom accessories without special marking are eligible for return under this policy.
Please make sure all items are unused, labels intact and returned with the correct original packaging. Please also enclose a small note letting us know if you require a refund or an exchange.
If there is a fault with your product it must be returned to us within 5 working days with all inner and outer packaging and labels. If you are ordering from outside Hong Kong, please make sure any faulty products are returned within 10 working days.
Customers sending parcels internationally must follow local postal and customs requirements. Please clearly mark returned parcels as “Goods returned to sender” to avoid unexpected customs charges. If this requirement is ignored, customs may impose tax charges on the parcel, and the parcel may be refused and sent back to the sender.
